Joining the gallery:
Dark Gallery CPH is an independent, artist-run gallery where our partners exhibit, curate and develop projects throughout the year. If you are interested in becoming part of the gallery, you can learn more about our partner programme on the How to Join page.
Gallery Exchange Program:
We also welcome proposals from galleries and exhibition venues looking for a space to exhibit or host an event in Copenhagen. We offer a full exchange program free of charge. See the Gallery Exchange page for further information.
Renting the gallery
Would you like to exhibit at our gallery?
Whether aiming for a pop-up event or a two-week exhibition, the gallery offers full-service options.
Projects should centre on photography, film and/or sound art, although interdisciplinary approaches are welcome.
You manage the sale of artworks, workshop tickets and merchandise directly and keep 100% of the revenue.

Rental prices
- One-day pop-up exhibition with reception: DKK 3,500 + VAT
- Two-day pop-up exhibition with reception: DKK 4,500 + VAT
- 6-day exhibition with reception: DKK 8,500 + VAT
- Two-week exhibition with reception: DKK 12,800 + VAT
- Workshops and other events: Please enquire
All prices are for the whole gallery, including all gallery spaces. For rental of individual gallery spaces, please inquire.
Please note that the periods include hanging and takedown of the exhibition.
Prices may vary during festival and art fair periods.

- Assistance with hanging and takedown of your exhibition*
*For one-day popups, hanging and takedown must take place the same day.

- Snacks and beverages
- Visual material for social media
- DJ-entertainment
- Postal shipment
- Insurance
- Festival fees when applicable
- Professional photographic documentation of your exhibition or events
- Staffing during agreed extended opening hours
Selected additional services can be arranged at an additional cost.
